How to Sign Up for Twitter
Go to Twitter.com
Type your full name in the first box on the right side of your screen, below where it says “New to Twitter? Sign Up”.
Type your email address in the second box.
Enter the password that you want to use to login to your Twitter account in the third box.
Click “Sign Up for Twitter”.
 Done!
If you want to create a new Twitter account, then you will have to repeat all the steps outlined in this tutorial, but this time you will have to use a new email address.
If you used a Gmail email address the first time you signed up for Twitter.com, then you can create a new account using the same Gmail email address, but you will have to add a dot or something like that to your email address. For example, if your signed up with a Gmail account that looked something like this “yourname@gmail.com”, then you can create a new account by making a small change to your address when you type it in the email box located on the registration form, example: “your.name@gmail.com”.
